Senior Geotechnical Engineers

Flint & Neill Limited is a firm of consulting engineers based in the UK and part of the worldwide COWI Group. COWI employs 140 people within geotechnical engineering, working together in a technical network to maximise mobility and knowledge sharing. We provide a wide range of geotechnical services for the design and construction supervision of marine structures, bridge foundations, deep excavations, immersed tubes and bored tunnels. Current projects include:

• The Qatar-Bahrain Causeway
• Offshore wind farms including the London Array
• The Izmit Bay Bridge, Turkey
• The Hong-Kong Macau Link, China
• Maracaibo 2 Crossing, Venezuela

We need Senior Geotechnical Engineers to be based in London but with a willingness to travel. Successful candidates will have extensive, relevant post-graduate experience in major civil engineering projects. This will be allied to strong analytical skills, critical thinking, a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and good verbal and written communication skills. They will demonstrate an ability to work well in teams and provide efficient direction to younger staff.

Chartered Senior Engineers

We are looking for well-qualified, Chartered Senior Engineers to join our team, based in London but willing to travel. We offer a competitive salary.  Successful candidates will have:

• MICE or MIStructE qualification;
• min 8 years post graduate experience;
• strong analytical skills;
• experience in bridge and structural design;
• good verbal and written communication skills and
• an ability to work well in teams and lead others.
